Refund policy

Returns/ Exchange Policy

• House Of NTU has a 14 day return/Exchange policy on condition that the product is in its original condition with all packaging, labels and swing tags in order.
• On receipt and examination of the returned product, House Of NTU will reimburse the purchase price paid for the product or exchange the product, less handling fees if applicable. No shipping fees will be reimbursed.
• Handling fees will be waived should the reason for return be an obvious product defect.
• Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt of returned goods.

NB: A handling fee is typically the cost of shipping the product back to us.

How To Exchange Or Return

1. Send an email to ntu@suitabilitygroup.com with 'Exchange or Return' in the subject line. Provide your order number, product/s to be returned or exchanged and reason for the return.

2. Once received, House Of NTU will process and book a collection of the package.

4. Upon receipt of the returned piece, House of NTU will process your exchange/refund within 10 working days.
